The Song

This is a medicine song about courage. It originated on the night of October 15th, 2018. The melody and story began as a contemplation of bravery, resulting in the inspired vision of a wilderness, where two people from different tribes meet. Destiny!

A favorite bedtime song, “Brave Spirit” carries an energy that brings courage as we go into the unknown, i.e. the dream world. It carries a campfire vibe, being a new mythology with hints of indigenous culture and outdoor adventure, reminiscent of cowboy poetry. Naturally, the song begins with a flute, and the video begins with a fire.
