The Song
Colors Flying is a certain kind of love song. The artist’s path is often a solo journey. It’s a warrior’s walk into a wild, wide open, where all possibilities exist. The pen is the sword in this paper battlefield. The paintbrush is the machete in this canvas jungle. Colors Flying is the self-love that goes with an artist on his way / on her way.
The inspiration arrived as a high falsetto melody, following a ceremony held on the night of June 22, 2019. The message revealed itself through the very formation of this band, as we expressed our desires to deliver highly participatory musical experiences, inviting the audience to co-create the music we make. The lyrics encourage listeners to lean into the rhythm and harmony.
